Stressful life events And level of Job satisfaction As Projectors of psyclological Burn-out in Female Teachers of students with Intellectual Disablilty

The study aimed at predicting psychological burnout through stressful life events and level of job satisfaction among Female teachers of intellectually disabled students. The study was applied to a sample of (60) Female teachers of intellectually disabled students. The study used Maslach Burn out Inventory, job Satisfaction Scale (prepared by Researcher), Stressful life events Scale (prepared by Researcher). Multiple regression, Pearson correlation coefficient were used. The results of the study reached the possibility of predicting psychological Burn-out through stressful life events and job satisfaction among Female teachers of intellectually disabled students. The study also found that economic stressful life events and low satisfaction with the nature of working with students with intellectual disabilities are more predictive of the possibility of teacher exposure to psychological burnout.
